Responsibilities:

Conduct performance appraisals and provide performance reviews to help identify opportunities, recognize accomplishments, and assist in setting goals and career objectives with staff members.

Assist, recommend, and approve continuing education and training needs for staff members to ensure continued personal growth and advancement.

Perform compensation reviews and recommendations to ensure equity among peers and in the industry.

Participate in succession planning to ensure trained, reliable, and qualified individuals are prepared for promotions.

Responsible for development of project plans and managing projects that are limited in scope and typically do not involve multiple disciplines.

Coordinates the activity of the project team in order to execute the project from proposal and contract development through manufacturing transition to assure all expectations of the customer are met.

Responsible for overall financial success of the project.

Responsible for assuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills and qualifications:
-
A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field is required
-
Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing test development (In-circuit and/or Functional Test Development), including 2 years PM-experience is required, assuming educational requirements are met

Detailed understanding/experience in test equipment design as well as functional test design and/or in-circuit test design techniques

Overall understanding of the product development and product realization processes

Good (project) management skills and knowledge of management principles

Experience in transitioning (installing) test equipment into Manufacturing

Experience in customer interaction is a must

Computer Skills

Fluent in English, German language is s plus
