You will join the EU Region Product Development - Product Commercialization group.
You will be the new team member joining an international group of professionals managing the packaging development for the EU Region.

Specifically, you will:
*Translate marketing concepts and mock ups into valid technical solutions
*Coordinate & execute packaging development of all printed items and deliver required specifications
*Master communication with suppliers, marketing, procurement, factories and other clusters in terms of packaging related topics
*Conduct project activities in line with customer needs (marketing, legal and factories) to guarantee faultless project deliverables (e.g. barrel proofs, feasibility studies etc.)
*Keep abreast of technologies to provide necessary information on current market state, improvements and technical alternatives to customers, suppliers and cross- functional project teams
*Assist in activities of data processing in the frame of project execution to provide information based on sound analysis

*Work effectively in a fast moving environment with changing priorities
*Manage a working environment, which becomes complex (business objectives, requirements, legal constraints, suppliers' technical and logistical evolution)
*Comply with requested timelines while guarantee accurate and timely execution of project phases
*Ensure proper project coordination and communication with increasing amount of project partners, changing process structures and evolving systems

Requirements

*You hold a degree in Industrial engineering and/or printing or equivalent and you have substantial experience in an international FMCG company
*You have experience in translating customer briefs into packaging solutions using your solid technical know - how. You feel comfortable around mid- & higher management
*Action orientation, Customer focus and Problem solving are your strong skills and your English level is proficient
