Functions
● Lead a new business unit in tribological sciences.
● Hire the scientific staff.
● Develop applied research projects.
● Attract scientific projects with Brazilian industry.
● Share scientific knowledge in tribological sciences for Brazilian industry.
● Coach teams during scientific projects development.
● Work with Project Management Office to programs coordination to attend schedule, quality and cost requirements.
Qualifications
PhD in tribological sciences
Ability of program management, organization, interaction skills and team coordination
Innovative spirit to technology application
Fluent Portuguese
Experience
Knowledge in science application on industrial projects
Project management skills
Product development skills
