Job Title: Research Group Leader
SENAI Innovation Institute is an application research laboratory to prove technological solutions to Brazilian industry.
Functions
● Lead a new business unit in plasma coating technology.
● Hire the scientific staff.
● Develop applied research projects.
● Attract scientific projects with Brazilian industry.
● Share scientific knowledge in plasma coating technology for Brazilian industry.
● Coach teams during scientific projects development.
● Work with Project Management Office to programs coordination to attend schedule, quality and cost requirements.
Qualifications
PhD in Plasma coating process or Plasma physics
Ability of program management, organization, interaction skills and team coordination
Innovative spirit to technology application
Fluent Portuguese
Experience
Knowledge in science application on industrial projects
Project management skills
Product development skills
